Cross-Box Training was designed and created by martial arts and fitness expert Billy Borja, Founder and Director of SWEAT Fitness SD, LLC in La Jolla, California. Cross-Box Training is a training method derived from Boxing and Kickboxing practices. Cross-Box Training has been a part of Billy’s own training regiment for over 15 years, and now he’s made it available to personal trainers, and fitness instructors all over the country. As a personal trainer, Billy has used his training method when working with clients and has witnessed firsthand tremendous results with them.


As an alternative to more traditional cross-training methods of using treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, etc., Cross-Box Training brings so much more to the workout program.


When utilizing the Cross-Box Training method you increase your focus & awareness. Hand, eye, and foot coordination are improved, it's a great way to activate fast-twitch muscle fibers , a great way to improve speed, power and explosive movement, core strength and stability are improved, a great way to build and tone lean muscle, develop symmetry, it's a multi-plane workout, has a self-defense component, and helps to relieve stress. What really separates Cross-Box Training from other cross-training methods is, it’s fun, intense and effective.
