My name is Adam and I am a Sports Specific Trainer and
Movement Coach in La Jolla, CA. I can’t emphasize enough that Billy Borja’s
Cross Box program is one of the greatest ways to get the highest intensity of a
cardio exercise. As an active athlete in many sports I am constantly putting my
body under aerobic stress for great lengths of time. After my first thirty
minute session of Cross Box I thought there was not enough air in this world to
supply my lungs. If you really want to shred fat, gain stamina and boost your
